This Just In! Vintage Table & Chairs...

We just got some amazing vintage Asian Chippendale chairs in with a matching table.

The chairs are a set of 4.

The table is 3' x 5'. It would also make a great desk!

** this whole set has been SOLD!**

Two vintage barrel back bamboo chairs just arrived as well. The detail on these chairs is really beautiful.

Recent Project - Uptown Condo

We just finished a client's condo in Uptown New Orleans. It was a great space, a converted schoolhouse with 14' ceilings! He already owned some great pieces we were able to work into the design. Read on to see the finished project. 

Living Room:
The living room was completely designed by Shaun. When moving into the condo, the client decided not to move any of his existing pieces into this space.

Dining Room:
We kept the client's existing table and chairs and just added some accessories and a beautiful painting to finish the room.




Office:
We worked with the clients' existing (and amazing!) iron desk and an original Harouni  painting
 in the office.

 


Master Bedroom:
The desk is actually an old desk left there from the renovation of the building from a schoolhouse to condos!

Guest Bedroom:
We were able to use the clients' existing nightstands and bedframe and added some fabulous artwork, lighting and bedding.

This finished project is a great example of the design aesthetic of Shaun Smith Home.

New Product and Photoshoot!

Our friends over at Brasa Fire used the shop last week for a photo shoot for their fireplaces that will be featured in Elle Decor!

Also, we are super excited to announce that we will be carrying Avani, the fireplace featured below! Here's a little description of the Avani from the company, Brasa Fire:

The artist who constructed the dining table also made this stunning framed coral. Not only is the coral beautiful on its own, the detail of the frame is its own work of art.
